Would Windows Memory Diagnostic be a viable and quicker alternative to MemTest86?

I'm hesitant to run Furmark at the moment because my rescue media and system restore was built on Acronis which is now gone. I was able to create a system image but was unable to create a recovery usb drive... I'm also hesitant to create a system restore disc because recent restore points failed to restore because of "anti-virus or the like". I'll attempt Furmark once i get my OS properly backed up and ready to easily restore. In the meantime I need to get some work done and will continue to post logs and dumps as instructed. Thanks again and I'll be in touch.

Just to clarify, you want me to uninstall the network drivers yes? Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection and Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection#2?

Also should I install new drivers (Intel Lan driver ver:22.10) from ASrock's x399 Taichi site?

If there are replacement network drivers available on the motherboard manufacturer's website then that is the best source (best tested drivers).
Otherwise you can use the Intel driver support assistant:

I attempted to uninstall and reinstall "Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection" by uninstalling the device (both of them) via Device Manager and then installing "Intel Lan driver ver:22.10" from ASrock's website however the driver date for the before mentioned device didn't change after doing so... Also Driver File Details for Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection cites a driver file entitled ".../e1i63x64.sys" which is confusing...

Intel Driver Assist only found 1 update for Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 which I'm installing now.

A new version of Windows can become corrupt even if it is the latest version.
In a similar fashion a new driver can become corrupt even it is the latest version.
When files become corrupt whether they are part of the operating system or part of drivers they need to be fixed.
Sometimes the most up to date drivers cause BSOD and these drivers may need to be rolled back.

Windows typically updates Microsoft and non-Microsoft drivers.

When a driver is involved with a BSOD crash it is then uninstalled and reinstalled.
It can be the latest driver(s) or it can be the most tested drivers.
For example the driver listed on the computer manufacturers site may no longer be the most up to date driver but these are the best tested drivers. These are installed and then Windows updates are performed.

The driver in the earlier post was involved in a crash with the nvidia GPU drivers.
The Nvidia GPU drivers were replaced several times and now the hardware is to be tested.
The latest driver identified in the crash should be uninstalled and reinstalled.

OK zb understood. I'm hesitant to run Furmark at the moment because I'm in the middle of a project. Having said that can you please answer the following questions:

    1. Does Furmark has the ability to make the OS un-bootable?
    2. Can Furmark make a GPU inoperable even if used as instructed?
    3. Does Furmark test all GPUs or just the display GPU.
    4. Do all GPUs need to be tested individually or just the display GPU?

I understand the need to test the GPU at this point but can't do so until I'm able to back up my OS properly.

    1) Post #36 - #41 were using Prime 95. This stress tested the CPU. The OS can crash with Prime 95 testing.
    2) The OS can crash with or without BSOD when tested with Furmark as it is a stress test too.
    3) The end user has the ability to abort testing if there is a problematic rise in temperature, display distortion, etc.
    4) Most testing with Furmark does not produce an unbootable PC but anything can happen with Prime95 or Furmark as they are stress tests
    5) If there is Optimus Furmark typically tests the iGPU. If the Nvidia control panel or AMD equivalent or BIOS method is used (whichever is available) the Optimus may be able to be turned off. If the dGPU is then the only display in use it is then tested by Furmark
    6) Perform the GPU testing on each card (one at a time) and in the same slot. This should allow a rule in /rule out for each card.
