    STOP CODE error

I was sitting at my laptop earlier playing my Hoyle Card games. I got interrupted, so just left the game where I was, which I often do. When I came back to it I had a blue screen with a face like this and the following message:

Your PC ran into problems and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error information and we'll restart for you.
    100% Complete

It went on to say that I could go to http://www.windows.com/stopcode for more information and possible fixes. Then at the bottom it said:

STOP CODE: Unexpected kernel mode trap.

However, it never restarted for me. I had to force a shutdown, and it took a long time but finally booted and right now sees to be working ok. I did notice that a few of my shortcut icons had changed to just a white rectangle, but when I clicked on them they opened.

Also, after reboot a window appeared re: CCleaner, which took me by surprise because I thought I had uninstalled that several weeks ago. I did find it and uninstalled it now, but am attaching a screenshot of this window I got.

Can anyone help me with this weird situation?

You received a BSOD crash, please follow the posting instructions given at the top and run the log collector as instructed. There is a new improved beta log collector also provided at the end of the instructions - please run that one too and upload both sets of files.

When I ran that second beta log collector I got an warning from my antivirus. I am attaching.

Ever since one of the updates to the new version of Windows 10 my desktop files/folders don't load until I right click desktop/View/Show desktop icons. Also, the shortcut icons in my start menu want to keep disappearing. I can still click on the empty box and open the item, but no icon. See screenshot. Those three empty boxes toward the top are Thunderbird, OneDrive and DropBox.

I have analysed the crash dump file and the automated analysis of WinDBG indicates the Malwarebytes driver (MbamChameleon.sys) is the likely cause.

    Code:
    BugCheck 7F, {8, ffffba00d0c58f50, fffffd8eedc5c000, fffff8005535011c}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for MbamChameleon.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for MbamChameleon.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for epp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for epp.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify checksum for win32k.sys
    Probably caused by : MbamChameleon.sys ( MbamChameleon+76af )

epp.sys is your other EMISoft anti-malware driver so my suggestion would be to remove these anti-malware packages and use Windows Defender. See if this stops the BSOD. If it does you can then try adding back just one of the anti-malware packages and try again.
