    BSOD after Netflix

I had noticed that when I tried to play any video from Netflix, it crashed. It doesn't matter if I use edge or firefox or the app.

    Any Ideas?

    In order to receive help:
    a) Uninstall/clean all tools that can be used to pirate software
    b) Uninstall/clean all pirated software

After performing the above then run the BETA log collector > post a zip into the thread

There is an entry in the hosts file that can be used to bypass the activation of software

There are two log collectors: DM and BETA.
Please use the BETA log collector and post a zip into the thread:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Any piracy/crack needs to be uninstalled.
The DM log collector still displays the ability to bypass the activation of software.

I really don't need to use or have any pirated software. Ofc I have tried too many pirated software in my life but if I need something I buy it. Sorry if I forget any cracked software.

    1) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 07/23/2018 00:21:13
    Size on disk: 826 MB

    2) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

I fix the problem installing new version of K-Codec lite. This installer has some mini-tweaks inside which fix registry or other matter related with codec, if your careful with the suggestions during the setup.
