BSOD Boot Loop Page fault in nonpage area

As per title I never hit the OS just a constant boot loop with BSOD
    Page fault in nonpaged area
    What failed - iaStorA.sys

    I do have a RAID0 running

So far I have reset BIOS to default
Memtest ram for 1 hour (need to do this longer maybe?). Two sticks tested neither boots on itís own either.

I cannot boot from USB - I get the same error. (I actually thought I would resent all the OS but that I still not a option as it never gets far enough)

Google no help as most other ideas require you being able to hit the OS at some point.

At this pint the only other avenue I have left is to break the raid and see if I can install on just one of the M.2 drives.

This may be related to raid drivers as if I set the SATA controller to AHCI mode I can then at least boot to windows installation screen.

    Any thoughts?

Any way to update drivers through BIOS so I don’t have to break my RAID? I don’t mind losing the data as that’s part of the risk with RAID0 but I’d rather avoid it if I could.
