    Hi anandhts ,

Welcome to the Ten Forums BSOD forum.

The logs had events related to paging errors, possible corruption, timing problems of the embedded controller, and graphics.
The mini dump file had problems with the symbols and was not able to be debugged.
    The bugcheck was 133.

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /sannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    5) chkdsk /x /f /r /v (run this command on each partition using the syntax chkdsk /x /f /r /v C: or chkdsk /x /f /r /v D: changing C or D to the applicable drive letters
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /x /f /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)
    Type: Y
    reboot

    5) Find the chkdsk reports in the event viewer using the information in this link. Then copy and paste the report > notepad > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

    6) Run HD Tune (free or trial edition)
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan
The tests /steps that can run over night:
    chkdsk /x /f /r /v
    HD Tune full error scan

    7) Run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread:
    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...-v2-beta10.zip
    (extract > open)
Use the text and images in this thread in case there are problems running the beta log collector:
DM Log tool problem Solved - Windows 10 Forums

    8) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\Memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

    9) The operating system:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language
    OS Version: 10.0.16299 N/A Build 16299
What were the error messages and codes when attempting to upgrade to Windows 1803?

    9) There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
At some point the BETA log collector will replace the DM log collector.
For any BSOD please run the BETA log collector and post a zip into the thread.
For the next few BSOD look for the memory dump and post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread.

    You entered C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /sannow which has a typo, should be C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow

You then entered dism /online/cleanup-image/restorehealth, need spaces in there:
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
