BSOD Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal USBXHCI.SYS

I have been getting this after doing a complete wipe and reinstall of my system. I just updated to the latest Windows 1803 Spring Creators Update, Updated all drivers to the latest available, and Graphics Drivers are Nvidia 398.36. I am using also the Nvidia 3D Vision Kit 2.

It seems every time I am in World of Warcraft and playing with the 3D settings to dial everything in just perfectly that I get BSODs after a few minutes playing. Latest one was:

    Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal
    USBXHCI.SYS

Any help would be immensely appreciated.

I have also run MemTest86 overnight with 4 Passes and produced no errors at all.

    UPDATE:

So, I think I solved my USB issue by going into the Advanced Power Options and disabling USB Selective Suspend Setting.

but now I get the BSOD of PFN List Corrupt.

At least now this BSOD takes about 20 minutes to happen.

    1) See posting instructions.
On the bottom of the web page follow the steps for the BETA log collector.

    2) Update the system specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Windows 10 Tutorials
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, port replicator, docking station, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    Update #2:

Just played WoW again and had about another 20-30 minutes of play before I got two BSODs this time.

The first was Memory Management the computer then restarted as normal.

Right after the BIOS/Motherboard Manufacturer screen loaded it immediately had another BSOD.

This one was Pool Corruption in File Area the computer restarted and was able to get back into Windows.

I also updated all system specs as asked with as much detail as possible. I have also attached the file using the log collector to this post.

Looking forward to any help that can be given. I have tried almost everything and searched as much as possible. I'm leaning towards a few possibilities. Old PSU that I switched out for this brand new EVGA G3 was a 750 Watt Rosewill 80 Plus Gold that was starting to short out and the constant restarts shorted or ruined my Samsung 960 Evo.

I also thought maybe it could have shorted out my memory but I find that hard to believe since like I said before I did a MemTest86 of 4 passes with no issues at all.

The link could not be opened without a malware warning.
Please run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread:

    New File

I have followed all instructions. I'm not sure why it was saying it contained Malware but I just scanned my computer again and Malwarebytes isn't finding anything. In any case here is the new file.

    1) There were 5 mini dumps collected and most had symbol problems.
    2) There was 1 that could be debugged and it did not display a definitive misbehaving driver.

    3) The bugchecks of the mini dumps collected were:
    4E
    DE
    1A

    4) The logs also displayed bugchecks:
    D1

    5) Please uninstall Drive Easy.
See if you can identify any drivers that this software may have installed.
Sometimes a system restore is useful if you cannot identify the drivers.
And sometimes a clean install is needed to remove the drivers and any unknown files that may have been installed.

    6) There is a large file on the computer: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
Zip this file > upload > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread.
It may take a while to upload as it is approximately 2GB.
It will also take a long time to download.
Ordinarily we use files 1GB or smaller.

    7) For any BSOD run the beta log collector and post a new zip into this thread.

    8) If the computer has Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    9) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

    Refreshing Computer Again

Judging from what you have said about my original .zip upload throwing up red flags of malware, dump files not really being able to be debugged, and that DriverEasy and all of the drivers I used that program to update need to be rolled back, which pretty much was almost every hardware device in my computer.

I decided to once more wipe my computer, but this time not just the OS drive. I'm completely starting fresh form the ground up and took out everything including my Games drive, which I usually do not wipe because redownloading those huge games is a big pain.

I will update here what happens as I reinstall everything from the ground up. I'm going to go in small waves and not tyr to install everything at once. Thank you for all the support and I'll be back with some updates.

The best source for drivers is the computer or motherboard manufacturer.
If there are additional drivers needed then the next best source is from the component manufacturer website ( Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Killer Networks, Realtek, etc.)
The websites that automatically update drivers can install unknown files. So it is best to use the drivers offered directly from the computer, motherboard, or component manufacturers.

Once you have the computer working well you can make a backup image using Macrium, Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUs, Paragon, etc. Macrium is used most often on Ten Forums:

    At It Again

First and foremost I want to thank you zbook for providing so much support on all of this while I nail down this issue.

I have done the full wipe and have only installed a few things back to keep the system as light as possible. The computer had been doing very well up until playing World of Warcraft again. I really thought I had it solved this time.

Once more it was a PFN List Corrupt

Attached is the newest zipped file using your beta log collector.

The only drivers I have gone and updated were the Surface NVM Express Driver and went to Samsung's website to get their Samsung NVME Driver for my Samsung NVME M.2 960 Evo. I also went directly to AMD's website for their newest Chipset Driver which was located here (Chipset
    ).
