It was not able to load the file into windbg without an error.
Maybe philc43 can open and debug it.

For the next few BSOD upload a memory dump so that at least one can be debugged.

first zip was with windows zip next was winrar

When a memory dump is download it typically takes at least 5 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes.
The file posted was instantaneous. So there is something unusual.

just crashed again C:windows\memory.dmp size is 15.9 GB can I zip it upload it?

It's too large. Most of the time it is up to 1 GB. Sometimes up to 2 GB.
It could take many hours to upload and download 16 GB.

Place the computer in safe mode and see if it does or does not crash.

just looked it has yesterdays and todays dumps complete dumps
I do have a minidump also how about it 747 KB but why doing this when running log collector

The log collector automatically collects mini dumps.
The memory dumps need to be collected manually.

There was RAM testing but there was no image of the test results.
Had you used a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture?

Just to confirm, the files being uploaded are not memory.dmp files they are shortcuts to the file so they will not be of any use to us.

The crashes continue to suggest hardware errors - if all overclocking is removed and the crashes still occur it is most likely the CPU or motherboard.
