For the next few BSOD upload a memory dump so that at least one can be debugged.

When a memory dump is download it typically takes at least 5 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes.
The file posted was instantaneous. So there is something unusual.

It's too large. Most of the time it is up to 1 GB. Sometimes up to 2 GB.
It could take many hours to upload and download 16 GB.
Place the computer in safe mode and see if it does or does not crash.

The log collector automatically collects mini dumps.
The memory dumps need to be collected manually.
There was RAM testing but there was no image of the test results.
Had you used a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture?
