Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

Does the computer have Ccleaner or any software that cleans files?
If it does then post the information into the thread.

    Download and install Everything: voidtools

This is software that will index everything on all drives attached to the computer.
The software can start on boot or you can have it launch when you need it.
As you type a character it will display instantaneous search results.
    Enter: C:\windows\memory.dmp or memory.dmp

This file should be on the computer:

    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 07/25/2018 22:36:33
    Size on disk: 1175 MB

zip this file > upload to one drive or drop box > post a share link into the thread

In startup and recovery system failure use automatic memory dump.
There is a box for automatic restart.
If you uncheck this box you should be able to see the BSOD window with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes it may display the misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
At the beginning of the BSOD you may see a % counter. Allow this to rise to 100% so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.
Any memory dump file that is < 2 GB can be zipped and uploaded into one drive or drop box.
Many times the WHEA 0x124 are related to malfunctioning hardware. Sometimes it is related to misbehaving drivers. A memory dump may allow deeper debugging if there are misbehaving drivers.

Ccleaner has boxes to check and uncheck. It is preferred that the software is not installed. This way the files can not accidentally be cleaned or deleted during the troubleshooting.

When opened it displayed a win32 error followed by access denied.
See if you can make a new zip and then upload again.
