Random BSOD tcpip.sys when browsing webpages

This has been a reoccurring problem for a while. Its like it comes and goes away rather randomly. However today, my computer BSOD'd when I was just trying to read articles on Free MMORPG List and MMO Games - MMORPG.com. Like I would go there and open a few tabs and then boom insta BSOD. Like I said this has happened before and usually I avoid those sites for a bit and possibly they work at a later point without crashing. I'm not exactly too sure but I think that's how it goes. I've attempted to make sure all of my drivers are up to date and I believe they are. But like I said, the problem comes and goes every few months, and I'm hoping to find some sort of fix.

The stop code is always usually DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
And what failed is always tcpip.sys.

I attached the DM Log Collector file as well.

Thanks for any and all that can help.

Update: BSOD twice more with the same stop code/failed when just regularly browsing reddit. Not sure how relevant this is, but I thought any information is better than none.

EDIT: Just saw the bumping rule and I apologize for breaking it! Thought it would be better to add more information in another post since I couldn't edit my post any longer. I'll just wait for a response.

Please remove these programs before troubleshooting.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 5	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 5	Public
If you installed any drivers with either of these programs, use a system restore point or system backup. If neither are available and you don't want to go for a clean install,
    - if you don't know what drivers were installed, check if these programs have logs of driver installations, if requested I can spit the logs for you to find out
    - if you do know, go into device manager and revert the drivers.

Consider it done axe0. I rolled back the 4 drivers that I used with Driver Booster and uninstalled Driver Booster.

At this point I'm guessing that it's simply a waiting game to see if the BSOD occurs again? Or is there something else I need to do?

So I'm back. Everything has been fine generally since then but I just encountered another BSOD. With the same errors, of course. I was just browsing and playing The Hunt: Showdown and then I went to MMORPG.com and it just crashed. I know the website has nothing to do with it probably, but just trying to ensure I give the most accurate description of what's going on to better aid those willing to help.

    Thanks!

Another BSOD happened today with the same error. I've attached the logs I believe and hopefully this can help pinpoint the issue a bit more.

If you haven't already, I say reinstall network drivers first then video card drivers from their respected manufacture's website. [latest drivers]
If you're overclocking, I would use default settings [temporarily] to see if that could be part of the issue.
Lastly, I would see if there is a BIOS update.

Edit: Oh yeah! Get rid of any ASRock bloatware.

    Hi Kaeor,

It looks like you're getting your ethernet drivers from Windows Update, please uninstall the ethernet drivers from device manager and reboot your system to automatically reinstall the drivers.
