BSOD with no mouse or circles after 1803 update

Never have I encountered the problems showing after upgrade to Win10 1803. BSOD with no cursor or rotating circle. This is a client's computer which was upgraded from 8.1 Pro to Win10 Pro.

Two things were hit hard and I cannot get this machine to clear. First, Samsung Evo 850 SSDs in Raid 1 configuration. Second is the Nvidia card. Both got stomped. I have a USB with 1803 installed to help me at least see what I can, which is little.

I have tried DISM to clean things up, sfc /scannow and nothing helps. Perhaps my frustration is at a level causing me to not think of everything. I'm attaching two pics for some clarity: Intel Rapid Storage and the BIOS screen.

    Thanks for your help.

How long do you wait before taking any actions?

Not sure I am understanding what you are asking. I am unable to get into the OS login. From that perspective, I wait over 5mins for a response. I have walked away for over 15mins with nothing up when I returned. Then again, I cannot hear any indicators of activity, such as POST codes at either POST time or afterward. I have rebooted with the USB and gone through the steps to access Safe Mode, but do not get the Safe Mode options after reboot. It's the same screen saying when it reboots, make a choice. I've gotten into Safe Mode once from the installed OS. That was where I ran sfc and DISM with no distinguished response.

Hope I have gotten close to answering your question.

    Volume 4 I believe shouldn't have a letter.

Could you elaborate on the situation, how were the parts stomped?

What is the sata mode set to?

The computer updated to 1803. User turned on the computer and got a black screen with no circles or mouse present. The computer goes into automatic repair and returns cannot repair. I take it to the troubleshoot and change windows start options to get into safe mode with networking, but on reboot, it goes into automatic repair again and does not get to the options for booting into safe mode with networking. It is just a circular loop to the same place every time. I have not gotten beyond this point.

SATA is set to RAID. Images below.
