    Did startup repair tell you that it created a file srttrails.txt in the location windows\system32\logfiles\srt?

    Yes. No drive letter, but the path was as you stated.

    Could you update the BIOS to version 1.9

    Sorry for the delay, had appointments.

    Flashed the BIOS as requested. Confirmed the update. Allowed to boot into Win10. Failed.

    Looks like the last Windows update seriously messed up the RAID setup. Unfortunately I am not very familiair with RAID troubleshooting after a Windows upgrade.

    Something that might help, reinstall the IRST drivers from the recovery environment

    Thank you for your attempts and recommendations. I'll look into the RAID, drivers, and see where this leads. Most likely will take a clean install to clear this problem. Thanks again.
