Yeah normal fans are on. I never mess with anything like that. Front and back fans are on. Room temp is about 20C

I would look at trying to improve the airflow through the case - perhaps there are wires or lots of dust clogging up the airflow on the heatsinks. If this does not help it might be time to upgrade the cooling for the CPU.
I regularly clean out the inside of the case with air. The temps seem to be up and down a lot. I now see it as low as 35C. The motherboard temp seems more consistent at around 52C. Not sure what the difference is between the CPU and motherboard temp on the Speccy summary view.
So what temps should I look for with this Prime95 test?
I would just try a short Prime 95 test to see what temperatures you reach. The CPU can withstand short periods at higher temperatures (over 61°C) and the CPU will just automatically throttle back to compensate.
If the temps look to be steadily rising and heading for over 80°C then I would abort the test.
I just did a short 3min test. It went up to 70C right away on the CPU but didn't budge from that. 75C on the motherboard. I turned it off and it dropped back down to under 40C in about 30secs.
Generally the motherboard stays below the CPU temperature so I am a little concerned that speccy might be misreading sensors. Can you try another such as HWMonitor and see if the readings agree?
HWMonitor shows the same temps as Speccy. I have them both open right now.
Here are the test results for CPU. Never saw it changes up or down from these numbers. I'll do the GPU test next. Attachment 213266
Ok so I got a crash running the FurMark test. There were several hangs while it was happening. I couldn't tell if this was part of the test. But they were similar to what would precipitate a crash. Mouse would freeze and graphics would freeze. It eventually froze long enough for the computer to crash.
Test lasted around 10mins. GPU temps were no more than 75C. Interestingly, this pushed the motherboard temp up to 78C which was 3C higher than what the CPU test did.
Were all of the crashes non-bsod related crashes?
