When there is a BSOD it can caused by:
a) misbehaving software drivers
b) misbehaving hardware drivers
c) malfunctioning hardware
d) a combination of the above
The Memtest 86+ version 5.01 will be useful in ruling in / ruling out RAM / DIMM / MB problems.
There was one misbehaving hardware driver identified in the debugging.

Hi zbook, I did memtest & found some errors early in the test so I aborted & here is the picture.
If required I can leave it overnight for 8 pases. I'm very sorry if I wasted your time running all those BSOD tests, I was thinking since its a newly purchased RAM finding errors would take a long time.
When there is just one error during RAM testing you can abort the testing.
Run the crucial scanner on the computer and it will give you general information about replacement options.
Crucial System Scanner | Crucial.com
In the computer's owners manual it should indicate the maximum RAM and you can decide whether to get one or more RAM modules.
For multiple modules make sure that they are in pairs and that the SKU are identical.
Crucial System Scanner says "Crucial currently does not have any compatible upgrades available for your particular system".
I bought this ram on amazon, Should I contact my seller & ask for a replacement or should I order another type of ram. How do I find a compatible ram for my system? Also, If my system supports 1.35V can I use 1.5V ram?
The 1600Mhz model I bought was running on my computer at 1333, So can I spend less and buy a 1333Mhz DDR3 4GB 1.5V ram?
Enter the information to see what is available with Kingston:
Memory Finder - Find the Right Memory | Kingston
Nothing with Kingston either, only SSD suggestions.
These are some additional manufacturers that may have compatible RAM:
Memory Finder | Build with CORSAIR
G.SKILL - RAM Configurator
SK hynix
Memory Finder | Patriot
A 1.5V RAM on a system supporting 1.35V RAM will not work.

Thanks a lot zbook for your help in this matter. I replaced my faulty ram with a new SK Hynix HMT451S6AFR8A Works fine now but it runs at 798.1 Mhz. My motherboard is ASUS X551CAP, Hwinfo tool says Maximum Supported Memory Clock: 800.0 MHz.
I ran memtest for 8 passes & found no errors, using the system for 10days now & found no issues so far.
Thank you zbook, tenforums for the support
