    My laptop gets a Stop code System_Service_Exception Blue screen error

    Guys please help my laptop sometimes gets a blue screen error for no and random reason. I have an asus laptop windows 10 64bit. I have automatic microsoft windows update on so its always updated. I just updated all of my drivers (not sure if that's the cause of the blue screen) I have a free Bitdefender anti-virus and it never cause a problem before (not sure if that's the cause of the blue screen) the blue screen error is a stop code System_Service_Exception and I don't know what it means because I am not a tech expert. Also please don't tell me to reformat my laptop because I would like to fix the problem without resulting to reformatting and losing all of my personal files. And in case this comes useful to help me figure how to solve this problem this is my minidumpfile link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zW...gJC41X0dygZeYP Here's my CBS log: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nPORokuwdCp4f2HfzV_JfORadRr6aBCV and my system info/log collector (zip): Attachment 190365

    Hi dacoolmike,

    1) See posting instructions.
    2) At some time the BETA log collector will replace the DM log collector.
    3) Please use the BETA log collector. (escape > open)
    4) In case there is any difficulty running the beta log collector please use the text and images in this thread: (post #5)

    5) Make sure the default language is English before running the log collector:

    6) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

    System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums:

    I did not understand a single thing you just said. And I'm using mobile right now which the specs part is not supported. Update: when I use sfc/ scannow it says not all corrupt files are fixed and when I use dism restorehealth an error 3107 pops out and does not finished the scan but no problems are found during safe mode only on windows normal mode. Please help.

    @dacoolmike,

    You are using software to bypass the activation of:

    Microsoft, Techsmith, and Adobe software

    Adobe Photoshop Image c:\program files\adobe\adobe photoshop cs5 (64 bit)\photoshop.exe/automation

    Start Menu\Programs\TechSmith Public:Start Menu\Programs\TechSmith Public

    AdobeAAMUpdater-1.0 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\UWA\UpdaterStartupUtility.exe" Public

    AdobeGCInvoker-1.0 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient\AGCInvokerUtility.exe" Public

    We can no longer help you until you are legally activated and can prove you have removed the software above from your system.
