I got random BSOD while gaming.
My specs are:
i5-4690k no oc
msi z97 gaming 5
4x4gb kingston ram
sapphire rx 560 2gb
It won't occur back to back, but it happens in every 2-3 weeks.I wonder what causes it and how can I resolve it.

Please follow the BSOD posting instructions. The more history we can access via the logfiles will help in analysing random events.
I've had a look at the crash dump and logs and it looks like there is quite a lot of USB related data transfer going on at the time of the crash. There is a USB PNP driver that could be causing you problems for a C-Media Electronics device. The driver is CM10864.sys - see if it can be updated.

Can you check this one too? I uninstalled C-media driver because there is no new driver exists there.

In my post #5 you can also see that another driver is shown as misbehaving. It is the graphics display driver atikmpag.sys. This driver is still showing up in your latest crash dump.
You are already using the latest driver but it might be that it needs reinstalling. Please try the following: uninstall everything for the graphics card using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then reinstall using the driver recommended by your graphics card manufacturer. Just install the driver only rather than all the control software for now.
