I'm the OP and no I haven't been able to fix it.

    Hi Voltixdark,

I'm the OP and no I haven't been able to fix it.
Basically we've gone deep enough into a problem where the major roadblock became identifying each problem in the log and fixing them one by one. As long as these individual problems consisted of copying missing files, it was fine - but anything finer grain than that and it was intractable. I think what made me give up in the end is that there were a couple problems that suggested a particular file was corrupted - I have installed an identical Win 10 version and identical file on a different PC, and replacing this file did not help at all , and I kept getting the same error.

The other item that made me move on, is that after 3 months of not being able to solve the problem, I was too tired working off my laptop and needed a solution, and a newer computer. I ended up coughing up $1200 for a Dell workstation on eBay that was still under warranty and didn't look back.

As you can see going through the thread, we gave up not because we haven't tried - but because there was no clear light at the end of the tunnel. The problem was diverging instead of converging.

    Hi Telenochek!

It's a pleasure to get a response; thank you for responding; I didn't think I would considering the age of the thread, and I'm sorry you weren't able to find a solution. I am quite aggravated with windows 10 all together.

I should have taken system backup and system imaging more seriously, now I'm in a dilemma that seems all impossible to fix.

Well I appreciate you Telenocek and everyone else on this thread that attempted at a fix and gotten nowhere. I'll just try to back up my files and attempt a reinstall.
