Took a quick look and there are no dumps (BSOD caused) in the zip file. Also, the WER data in the msoinfo32.nfo file do0es not indicate any BSODs have occurred.

Can you explain exactly what happens when you are typing ion word for a short while? What do you see? What happens to the system?

Do you really have 72GB of memory in that computer? That's what msinfo32.nfo says.
What is the complete model number. Dell T5500 xxxxxxx???

Thanks @Ztruker for helping Karen get the logfiles working :)

I have looked at the files and can see that Word is crashing frequently. I believe it is an older 32bit version of MS Office (2000?)

Can you please confirm what version of MS Office you have and if it is 64bit or 32bit?

I have a feeling that the older MS Office installations will become more troublesome as Windows 10 is updated. All I can suggest for now is that you try to make sure your version of Office has all the updates applied.

This thread has some similarities: Excel 2002/3 crashes when typing/pasting after Windows 10 1803 update

It is Office 2000; Yes, this started after the latest updates from Windows 10. I have determined that I DO NOT get the BSOD, what happens, is that I open a document to add to it or edit it, and after 30-45 seconds the program shuts down, and goes to the blue windows window (just like when I first start up the computer). Then when I try to open up the file, I can only open in read only and none of my work has been saved.

I see your note on a similar thread re Excell. I think an update to Office 2000 may be in order? I also use Excell, but have not experienced this (yet??).

Yeah, I do have 72 GB of memory. Model: Dell Precision T5500. Inherited it from my husband.
