There are two log collectors: DM and BETA.
The beta log collector will collect more useful information.
The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned or read.
Language - Add, Remove, and Change in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials
Please change the default language to English then run the log collector so that the files can be troubleshooted.
See if you can run the beta log collector > post a zip into the thread.

    1) The logs are in a foreign language and cannot be read: (please change the default language to English)
    Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)

    2) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    3) sfc /scannow
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) chkdsk /scan
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

At some time the aim is to replace the DM log collector with the BETA log collector.
After the above administrative command prompt commands see if you can run the beta log collector using the text and images in this thread:

The logs are in a foreign language and cannot be scanned or read.
Please change the default language to English so that the logs can be scanned and read:

    Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)

    Language: German (Regional Setting: German)

This is an example of the log contents:

Please indicate the problems running the beta log collector.
If possible please post images using prt sc > mspaint or Microsoft snipping tool

The setting displayed regional setting German.
See if you can modify the setting so that it displays English
