Chatted with Dell's tech support. There is no BIOS option to turn it off. He recommended disabling it from the device manager. Would you recommend that?

There were some Dell drivers that needed replacing earlier in the thread.
Were you able to determine which drivers to download or was there contact with Dell?
For the most recent Dell driver were you able to determine which driver to uninstall and reinstall?

They advised that system analyzer is part of Dell SupportAssist. I reinstalled that.

I reinstalled it today. I first uninstalled it from device manager, rebooted, and then reinstalled it.

This was the first bugcheck 19.
Multiple dump files have indicated problems related to memory.
So it will be useful to rule in / rule out memory problems.
When possible test 1 RAM module at a time so that you can better manage the time requirement for optimal testing.
Use safe mode and reinstall all of the Dell chipset drivers and the RAID driver that was uninstalled/reinstalled earlier in the day.
Then restart windows driver verifier > post memory dump files into the thread.

For safe mode hold down the shift key and click restart > opens the windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
    Alternatively use msconfig:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

The replacement drivers can be downloaded to the desktop before going into safe mode and then installed in safe mode.
Alternatively if safe mode with networking works the drivers can be updated in safe mode with networking.

I'm rerunning Prime95 right now. I booted up in safe mode and reinstalled all drivers from Dell's website (some of them were uninstalled if the installation app asked, then I would reinstall them). A few of the Intel programs wouldn't install in safe mode. I had to enable the installer service to install a lot of the drivers.
