There was one BSOD mini dump file displaying bugcheck 119.
The debugging did not display a definitive misbehaving driver.
The Windows 10 build is 1709.
Are you considering an upgrade to build 1803?
Perform the following steps:
1) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
4) chkdsk /scan
5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
6) Make sure that there is no over clocking during the troubleshooting process
7) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread
8) Turn off Windows fast startup:

9) Upgrade the BIOS (non-beta): ASRock > Z370 Extreme4
I updated System specs, and I didnt know I was on Windows 10 build 1709. I will up date to build 1803.

Dropbox - MEMORY.zip
Also I updated the BIOS (non-beta): ASRock > Z370 Extreme4
This link opened but there was no download: Dropbox - MEMORY.zip
Dropbox - MEMORY.zip
i just downloaded it using the same link
Still not able to get it to download.
So it cannot be debugged.
See if you can use one drive.
There was one misbehaving hardware driver:
nvlddmkm
1) Uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
2) Re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
3) Make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.
Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.8.2 (or a newer version if available)

I did as instructed. I tested to see if it would crash buy launching a game, and it proceeded to crash.
For BSOD please run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread. And search for C;\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread.
