BSOD happens when I am not at my PC.

I have recently installed a new PC which I use only for basic browsing and some work, apart from connecting to my office PC to work on that. However, everytime I come back to use it, it states that the PC has recovered from a serious error and shuts down again.

I have run the program suggested and hopefully attach the zipped file to this post.

I play no games on the machine, do very little with it at all apart from printing!

    Thanks in anticipation!

    Hello JakiDF,

    The BSOD is shown as:
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.

    Probably caused by : rtwlane.sys ( rtwlane!WDI_FreeRxFrame+ea )

Your system has this driver with date: Tue Nov 15 05:46:15 2016 Ver 2023.43.914.2016
See if you can update the Realtek Wireless LAN adapter driver to a more recent one. The HP website shows a newer version: 2023.66.1104.2017
