BSOD's related to memory / drivers, increasing in frequency

There were no misbehaving drivers found using the most common debugging commands on the mini or memory dump.

Ordinarily this points to a hardware problem and in this case the motherboard or integrated CPU/GPU.

There was one debugging command that still finds the GPU driver in the crash.

This debugging command can report drivers as a false positive. Meaning it is an overread.

So it may take a few more memory dumps to completely exclude software drivers.

Are any of the hardware still under warranty?

There had been multiple hardware tests that did not find problematic hardware. The motherboard cannot be tested adequately by these tests. Once software drivers are ruled out the hardware will needed to be evaluated either by swap or replacement or by a local computer store.

If it is possible to change the bios to the latest non beta version that also may be helpful in the work up.

I built the PC in 2012 so unfortunately no warranty support.

I will continue to track subsequent mini and memory dumps and post here.

I will change the BIOS back to the most recent released version instead of the beta version.

Recently I replaced the PSU but the same crashes occurred after the swap. Would memory be the next item to swap?

An image was posted and testing passed earlier in the thread.
Images were not yet posted for the repeat testing.
Once drivers are ruled out the focus is on the Motherboard.
If the different GPU drivers cause recurrent bsod then the focus is on the CPU/ GPU.
More memory dumps will be useful to see whether there are any recurrent drivers or whether it is hardware.

The memory.dmp did not display a definitive misbehaving driver using the most common windbg commands.

One command displayed the gpu driver.
The more the memory dumps do not display software or hardware drivers the more likely the problem is hardware.

Rolling back the bios to the most up to date non beta version will be useful in ruling in or ruling out the bios as cause of the bsod.

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, family member, or local store that can swap the hardware then you can evaluate the system.
If you cannot find a method to swap the hardware then look for a local computer store to test the motherboard and CPU/GPU.
