BSOD's related to memory / drivers, increasing in frequency

Chkdsk completed on the system drive, I've added screenshots to a new folder called "command prompt troubleshooting" inside the current dropbox folder:

After post #2 I created a system restore point but not a Macrium image.
BIOS was reset successfully.
Restore points were not manually turned off - when I installed Macrium recently it created a new restore point. I can view the restore points but I cannot apply them because system protection was not enabled.

Viewing the posted images there was a bootrec /fixmbr command but no results displayed.


Were bootrec commands: fixboot, scanos, and rebuildbcd ran?


For chkdsk /r please run with the syntax chkdsk /r G:

I think I only ran them on D:. Should I run the bootrec commands before or after chkdsk?

Run chkdsk /r first on G:

This may take many hours and typically displays ETA.
If prompted to lock the drive type: Y
Reboot as needed.

Should I reboot before running the bootrec commands?

Rebooting is fine.

There were problems with the the displayed results:

a) bootrec /fixboot displayed access denied
b) bootrec /scanos and bootrec /rebuild found Windows installations: 0

It may not be possible to fix the boot to the way things were before the problems occurred uninstalling Nvidia drivers.

These are trial and error:

Open command prompt > Administrator: X:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe > X:\Sources
Type:

1) G:
2) dir
3) X:
4) BcdEdit /export G:\BCD_Backup
5) G:
6) Cd boot
7) Attrib bcd -r -h -s
8) Ren G:\Boot\bcd G:\Boot\bcd.old
9) Bootrec /RebuildBCD
