The memory.dmp file was also not created after either crash.

Run each the DM and BETA log collectors and post zips into the thread:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Open file explorer > this PC > C: > Users > right click properties > allow it to fully count and display the file size > post the size into the thread.
Find an external hard drive that has sufficient free space so that you can copy the User folder to the drive.

Unfortunately another freeze occurred when running the DM log tool.

I have backed up the Users folder onto an external hard drive.

Place the computer in safe mode.
Run each the DM and BETA log collectors in safe mode.
Report into the thread whether there is or is no freezing in safe mode.
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

After posting both new DM and Beta log consider the following:
    1) if there was no freezing while running the log collectors continue to use the computer in safe mode to see if there is or is not freezing.
    2) With the files now backed up, if there is freezing in safe mode, then consider a clean install "vanilla type" to evaluate the freezing. The vanilla type clean install will be no connection to the internet and only the drivers from the iso. If there is no freezing then windows updates are performed. Then one drive is installed at a time. A period of time is given to allow the evaluation of freezing for each change. Over time the aim is to identify the cause of the freezing by the changes in software/computer environment.

    Antec EA-380D is 380 Watts.
See if you can find another PSU (friend, neighbor, relative, local store, etc. to swap).

DM log completed successfully in safe mode. Two log files are now in the Dropbox (DM file starts with DM_, beta log starts with beta_). Memory.dmp file also added:

The last dump file was from 5/17 and had bugcheck 1A.
The memory dump was partially corrupt.
What info is there about the PSU per the earlier post?

Were there freezes in safe mode or no freezes in safe mode?

No freezes observed in safe mode.

Was there something to indicate that there may be an issue with the PSU? I don't have another to swap in but I could get a new one to try easily.

I tried a different backup app and was able to successfully create a backup file using EaseUS Todo Backup Free 10.6.

See post #63 on Windows driver verifier.
This tool will repetitively produce BSOD until misbehaving drivers are fixed or until the tool is turned off.
After each BSOD you will see a BSOD Window with : ( and a bugcheck. Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys. If you see the driver please post it into the thread.

After each BSOD there are 3 methods to turn off or recover from using the tool. All are performed using the Windows advanced troubleshooting window.
    1) startup options ( not startup repair) > click restart > select #6 safe mode with command prompt > type:
    verifier /reset
    2) command prompt > opens a black box with title bar: Administrator: X:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe > X:\Sources> type:
    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
    3) system restore
The methods to turn off the tool should be done in the above order, advancing in the methods only if the prior method failed to turn off the tool.
System restore should be avoided as it often leads to a loss of the dump file and little progress is made in the troubleshooting.

This link has the 19 customized test settings to check simultaneously while using Windows driver verifier:
Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver. - Microsoft Community

This link has 3 customized test settings to check simultaneously while using Windows driver verifier:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

During the use of Windows driver verifier the computer may become sluggish and the booting may become slow. If these happen the number of simultaneous tests can be modified.

The testing will be done for 48 hours. After the last BSOD the testing will be done for an additional 36 hours of typical computer use.

After each test post a new beta log collector zip and a C:\Windows\memory.dmp zip.

All non-MIcrosoft drivers are tesed simultaneously. Start with the Ten Forums 3 tests and after every 1 -2 hours increase the number of tests by 3 - 4. Always maintain the initial 3 tests and add additional tests. If the computer becomes too sluggish or if the boots become too slow then reduce the number of tests. Make sure the drivers over time are exposed to all 19 tests in the Microsoft link.

All misbehaving drivers identified will be uninstalled. The new drivers can be uninstalled after all misbehaving drivers have been uninstalled or immediately after an uninstallation. The end result should be the same.

    Before turning on the tool:
    a) make sure all files are backed up to another drive
    b) make sure there is a backup image
    c) that you are comfortable with the methods to turn off the tool

After first reboot after enabling driver verifier with the 3 Windows tests, the PC would not boot. After 3 reboots it opened the startup repair menu and I was able to boot into safe mode.
