Computer Blue Screens or Shut Offs when I lock it

The common commands used for debugging of the memory.dmp did not display a misbehaving driver.
An uncommon command displayed the GPU drivers.
As philc43 commented the individual RAM module testing may lead to the cause of the crash.


Whenever possible please save the memory.dmp immediately after a crash so they can be debugged.

Turned driver verifier on and got another one while i was away from my computer. Don't know if verifier trigged it or not.I will try to test the single sticks either today or tomorrow

Got another one today. Couldn't get the memory.dmp file quick enough. Sometime in my system is deleting dump files and memory files on some sort of schedule. Came in this morning and saw the computer had restarted and I had a new dump file. Ran the collector and walked away from the computer for an hour. WHen I came back the dump file and memory file were gone.

Nope, don't even have a secondary virus scanner like Malware. Just windows defender.

My OS is installed on a 220 GB SSD and it has 110 GB free.

There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
At some time the BETA log collector will replace the DM log collector.
The beta log collector will collect more use folders and files.

a) Run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
b) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB the zip and post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

I realize this is an automated message, but my log files got deleted.
