    1) If the computer has Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread
    2) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

since u uninstalled the driver and rolled back to old version (2012-11-27) u should now disable driver verifier and wait for further crashes. If happening please upload a new log collector zip

I usually advise people to have Automatic Memory dump or Kernel Memory Dump selected rather than the Complete Memory dump. This creates more manageable file sizes for the memory.dmp files. It also allows creation of the mini-dump files as well.

I agree that you should now run without Driver Verifier for a while to test stability.

In addition to philc43 comments on the memory dump please change startup and recovery system failure by un-checking automatic restart.

It can be easy to miss dumps if automatic restart is checked.

With automatic restart un-checked you should see a BSOD window with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
If you see the early part of the BSOD it typically displays a % counter. Allow this to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump files.

    Reboot after the above changes.

Switching to automatic seems to have done trick. I re-enabled verifier and the BSOD created a dump file this time. Looks like its a citrix driver. Attachment 199196Attachment 199197

Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: c:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread
