Hopefully all should be good, if there were traces of McAfee left running they would conflict with Windows Defender.

So, I'm running Skyrim with Diablo both on ultra settings and steam and origin and the Battle.net app and firefox with netflix. So far no crash.
Ok, so I threw on Dragon Age: Inquisition on top of all of that at ultra settings and no crash. I might be ready to assume the problem is fixed.
Ok, so I got the error again with everything else turned off and only Netflix(firefox) and Dragon Age Inquisition running. In the background was Steam and Origin.

So this time while playing Dragon Age Inquisition I got a System Thread Exception Not Handled. I went to check the driver on my Graphics card and it was correct. I then went one by one down all my devices and checked the drivers. I managed to update a AMD IOMMU Device Driver, An AMD SMBus, updated Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, and updated Renesas USB 3.0 eXstensible Host controller.
The dump log is found below.

Ok, latest crash was a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error while running Dragon Age and Netflix on Firefox.

At this point I'd like to rule out RAM.

Download and run MemTest86+ to test your RAM. RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums
Note
Run MemTest86+ for at least 8 passes. Ideally set it off before you go to bed and leave it overnight, we're looking for zero errors here. A single error will show something's going bad with your RAM.
alright ran memtest86+ twice and found no errors each time.
