BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation Youtube & Overwatch

Got my computer sort of hand me down from my step brother a few months ago, gave it a fresh Win10 install at the time. It's been working fine other than some issues with the ATI drivers and hardware accelerated browsers (which I'll probably ask about in another thread later) until I moved to a new apartment, with new ISP and router, a couple days ago. Since then it's been BSODing with the error DPC watchdog violation. It happens often, but not quite constantly, when watching youtube videos. It's also happened a couple times while playing Overwatch, and a handful of times when I wasn't doing anything in particular I remember. Couple of those might have been while Battle.NET or Steam were downloading updates, but I don't think all of them were.

None of this caused any problems before the move, whether wired or using a USB Wi-Fi dongle (when I first got the PC I didn't have an Ethernet long enough to reach the router.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The DPC watchdog violations (0x133) appear to be caused by your usb controller driver, or a connected usb device (potentially an audio device?).

The System thread exception (0x1000007e) looks like it is caused by your graphics driver, atikmdag.sys.

I would suggest updating your chipset drivers and your graphics drivers. Furthermore, you may want to unplug all non-essential usb devices and see if that stops the DPC watchdog violations, if it does, start plugging them back in one at a time.

Updated the chipset drivers and unplugged my wireless mouse and webcam, so far things seem to be working there. The graphics issue has been going on for a while and I've tried every update as it comes out as well as rolling back to an earlier driver, nothing seems to fix it. Fortunately it only happens when there's a browser using hardware acceleration, and occasionally when playing Stellaris. The former I get around by just turning hardware acceleration off, haven't yet figured out a solution for Stellaris. (I suspect it may be the in-game browser they use for the wiki that's causing it, but I'm not sure.)

In addition to the drivers that Spectrum recommended upgrading in post #2 please also update:
