Can someone examine the BSOD, please? This happened to my computer after I woke it up from sleep mode. It crashed and said "Unexpected Store Exception".

    Hi Jesse,

I'm sorry for the delay, do you still need help?

@axe0, if you could, just go ahead and examine what caused the crash. But I talked with HP Support, and they told me to do an HP Recovery on it. So I did that, and it seems to be fixed now.

I don't see any reports about crashes, only about disk related issues which aren't uncommon for many but it's nothing to worry about.

What about disk related issues? My hard disk isn’t failing, is it? I hope not! I just got the computer in October of last year.

The chipset noticed a few controller errors on a disk, but there are by far not enough to worry. It definitely isn't the drive, but software.

Over time this kind of errors can occur, I've got thousands of them on my 4/5 years old laptop but I ignore them since the drive is still fine.

Okay. Should I update my chipset or check to see if there is a chipset update on hp.com?

According to HP, this is the only thing that is an update to the chipset?

There's no reason to update the drivers, those errors can happen for different kinds of reasons and, as mentioned, it is not something to be worried about :)
