BSOD randomly happens while on chrome and spotify

    Hello!

I've just gotten a BSOD. I thought i've only had one and there seems to be more dates than I was aware of that contain dump files. Please let me know where the problem might lie!

Thanks to whoever is willing to help!

Any info don't hesitate to ask!

    Hi leafs580,

It looks like your crashes are caused by hardware issues.

From the event logs I see several instances of hardware errors, all with the same description.
    Code:
    Event[4020]:

Furthermore the crash dumps also indicate an issue with your hardware:

From my understanding this is likely a CPU issue, specifically with the part that governs PCIe and memory access. Fixing this would require a replacement. But first I'd suggest you try a few things.

1.) Verify all voltages and clock speeds are at their defaults, and that your system is operating at a normal temperature.
2.) Go to Gigabyte's site and see if there are any BIOS updates available for your motherboard.
3.) Check your RAM using memtest86+, let it run for 8 loops or until it runs into an error.

Thanks for the quick and swift analysis! I have updated my bios and ill do a memtest. Overall my system is cool but since having an AMD CPU I average 50-75 degrees Celsius even with a premium cooling fan. It used to be even worse with the stock cooler. Ill monitor and if there's any new dump files i'll upload!
