BSOD - System Service Exception
Hi,
Recently I've been having BSOD issues on my laptop, a Lenovo T440s. Initially, these were DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL issues, but after my computer failed to start up properly one time, forcing me to do a reset, the BSODs I am getting now are SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. I've run chkdsk, sfc /scannow, and DISM, as well as Lenovo's hardware scans a few days ago for the previous BSODs, which came back clean, and unfortunately I didn't know about minidumps before today so I do not have the previous dump files. I've attached the most recent BSOD's dumpfile as instructed in the BSOD Instructions post. The minidump created by Windows says
which I'm guessing is a RAM issue? For background, the RAM on my laptop consists of one 4 GB stick soldered to the motherboard and one 8 GB stick that can be removed. The laptop is about 4.5 years old and these BSODs have only begun to occur recently, though I haven't made any big changes in the recent past.Code:Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiOffsetToProtos+2e )
Thanks very much for any help!
