Use the computer normally and under stress.
Monitor temperatures, display artifacts, freezings, etc.
See what happens with WHEA 0x124 and Nvidia.
The CPU was not replaced or swapped. The technician replaced the GPU.
The more information available in the logs and debugging any crashes may help narrow down the problem.
