All of the drivers are already installed and replacement drivers can be installed only if the other drivers are uninstalled.
It cannot have two drivers installed at the same time.
It will not let you install a driver that is older than the existing driver.
So in the Microsoft instructions it indicated that the driver needs to be uninstalled first.
Attempting to install the driver will fail unless the instructions are followed.
The driver must be uninstalled first.
The driver from Gigabyte that displays LAN is insufficient information. It does not indicate whether it is wireless or wired.
Most computer websites have an option to click for detailed information. If you have that option on the Gigabyte website you should view the detailed information to make sure that it matches the driver that you want to uninstall.
If you cannot get the information that you are seeking then you must use the Intel website.

Once the proper driver is identified:
You can download the driver to the desktop > disconnect internet > this prevents windows from installing a new driver > then install the new driver from the desktop

ok so this is the lan driver from intel website that i should download...right....?? Download Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows® 10
and then follow microsoft update drivers steps

so i have to uninstall those two drivers
    1) Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V
2)Intel(R) 9 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller
    right?

With the driver uncertainty consider the following:
    1) Download the Intel driver update utility:
    Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
    2) Uninstall the first misbehaving driver (Ethernet LAN)
    3) Run the tool to find the applicable driver
    4) Install the driver
    5) Reboot into safe mode with networking using msconfig
    6) Uninstall the chipset driver
    7) Run the tool to find the applicable driver
    8) Install the applicable driver
    9) If you encounter difficulty installing the driver after uninstalling it (competing with windows updates) then windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers can be turned off using the steps in this link:
Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials

i reinstalled automatically the the Intel Ethernet adapter(uninstalled device and deleted the driver...and then on scan for hardware changes it appears again..) (i don't know if it is installed because of the intel tool is installed...but maybe not,,,cause when i install it after i uninstalled Intel Ethernet adapter i became offline no internet ...so the tool try to open the browser for scanning online but there was no internet...so i googled on my phone and saw that i can click on the tab of device manager "scan for hardware changes" and i clicked on it and the it appeared then once again and the internet too

now i uninstalled the chipset driver like i show you before which one is it...and tried to run the tool but there was a problem that it can't search or find drivers

i disabled driver verifier now...the problem has gone after i quit from safe mode
but the chipset that i uninstalled it didn't back again...even when i press scan for hardware
and the scan from Intel® Driver & Support Assistant does not find it too
is that ok? not to have it
    Attachment 180535
if it is not a big deal
then what is the plan now...just wait for bsod?
    and why those two
    Attachment 180536 Attachment 180537
have no drivers installed...is it ok and normal?

When you open the Gigabyte website is there detailed information available for the drivers?
When you open the Intel website is there detailed information available for the drivers?
What drivers does the Intel Driver Support Assistant find for the computer?
    Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread:

and found this Downloads for Intel® 9 Series Chipsets
when i tried to run it..it told me that i have already a newer version on my computer...are you sure you want to downgrade...i clicked yes...and it successfully installed..i also installed this Download Intel® RSTe AHCI & SCU Software RAID Driver for Windows*
Intel Driver Support Assistant did not find any drivers for my computer

I would like to ask..if you were me...what hardware component you will suspicion that it is the faulty one...is it the motherboard?
because i'm thinking to take the computer to the store where i bought it...and tell them maybe they can change the motherboard...and i will change my windows 10 edition from enterprise to professional..and see what happens then

In reviewing the thread I have some questions:

    How old is the computer?
What parts are still under warranty?

    When was the GPU replaced?
What were the prior problems that you had before replacing the GPU?
Was a swap used before it was replaced?
How did you determine that it was faulty?
Was it an identical SKU replacement or upgrade/downgrade?
