There were 3 drivers involved in the latest bugcheck 0x124 crash:

    iaStorA.sys
    Code:
    iaStorA.sys Wed Nov 04 04:27:49 2015 (5639DDA5)
    nvlddmkm.sys
    Code:
    nvlddmkm.sys Fri Feb 23 13:54:48 2018 (5A907188)
    e1d65x64.sys
    Code:
    e1d65x64.sys Mon Sep 25 07:45:31 2017 (59C8FA6B)

    Update these drivers:

    1) Chipset drivers

    2) Nvidia GPU drivers:

    a) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    b) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
    c) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

For any driver that has been replaced more than once please keep track of each driver version.
Sometimes the drivers need to be rolled back to find stable drivers.

For the chip set drivers the first choice for drivers is the computer or motherboard manufacturer (Gigabyte). If the chip set drivers are not found then the next best source is from the component manufacturer website (Intel).

For step #3 see codes 3 and 4 for detailed information about the driver

When all of the above are completed please run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread.log collector v2-beta08.zip
For any new BSOD please run the beta log collector using extract > open

The latest version of the Windows operating system can become corrupted.
In a similar fashion the latest version of a driver can become corrupted.
For windows operating system corruption you may run scannow, restorehealth, perform an in place upgrade repair, or clean install.
For problems with drivers the drivers are updated. This may require an uninstall and a reinstall (for example this is regularly done with Nvidia and AMD GPU drivers.

For the motherboard there are multiple revisions. Please check the Gigabyte website to see the proper link for the motherboard.
Is this the correct or incorrect Gigabyte motherboard for the computer: GA-X99-UD4 (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
