Could you try it in safe mode. This is a bit of a long shot, because I am not sure if a language can be installed in safe mode. Select safe mode with networking.

Is the error message still 'critical process died'?

Different question, is anything on your system overclocked? CPU, GPU, RAM?

I've installed lan driver (otherwise I can't connect to internet), then I tryed to install the all in one driver but the program says it can't. I ran amd clean unistall utility, i tried to install driver again but it fails. In the last week I reinstalled OS three times and it's the first time I can't install amd driver.

Nothing is overclocked, I mean: i don't need overclock so i didn't change my bios options. Do you need screen of my bios?

Could you answer my question about if the crashes are still the same?
