I have access to another computer, yes. I was thinking the same thing.

Another note: safe mode with networking is not a viable option as my wireless adapter does not work in safe mode. I tried enabling it but it doesn't even show up.
@zbook: I don't understand what you're asking me to do. Type that where?
Safe mode with Networking is explained in this tutorial:

Yes, I read that, but the adapter won't work. I can't get online.

OK, it might work with a wired connection if you are near enough to a router to connect via a cable.

The modem is down the hall and in another room, so a wired connection is not possible.

In the left lower corner is the type here for search.
If you can launch the control panel then follow the same steps to modify the startup and recovery settings.
For the memory dump can you zip it and save to the desktop? > save to USB > move USB to a working computer > post one drive or drop box share file?

Were you able to uninstall Iorbit?

Yes, I disabled automatic restart, uninstalled IOBit Uninstaller, and I'm zipping up the dmp file now.

Try updating your graphics driver to the one listed here:

Latest NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Drivers for Windows 10

The best way to do this is to uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and then install the new driver. When you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

OK, ran DDU in safe mode, using the top left clean option. Rebooted, installed the NVIDIA graphics and PhysX drivers, nothing else. I was using the PC for about 20-30 minutes, then Steam froze, and then a few minutes later, the screen turned blue, with some white lines diagonally running across the screen, but I could see the lower right part of the taskbar. I had to reset. I'm now zipping up the MEMORY.DMP file it created last, not sure if it was from the last "freeze" or not, but I'd like you to check it out just to be sure. I'll post it once it's done and uploaded. Thanks in advance.

    Here's the last memory dump:
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

It crashed once more while I was uploading it. So it appears reinstalling just the drivers didn't fix it.
