I just started downloading everyday programs and didnt had any issue until I downloaded Discord and Spotify.

Both got installed but not able to use them, both programs shut down when they open, dont know if this is related with the issues that im having.

    Thank's.

For any BSOD please run this command and post a zip into the thread:
    log collector v2-beta08.zip

For this BSOD also > open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip the file > post into the thread

    1) backup all files to another drive or to the cloud
    2) make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
    3) place the backup image onto another drive or into the cloud
    4) make a brand new restore point
    5) after the above steps turn on windows driver verifier using the test settings in this link:
Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver. - Microsoft Community
    6) use the information in this link to turn off windows driver verifier:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
    7) some computers may become sluggish or have difficulty booting when using windows driver verifier. If there are significant problems communicate that into the thread so that the windows driver verifier test settings can be modified.
    8) After each bsod you will view the BSOD window to view the bugcheck and see if it displays a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys. Then use the windows advanced troubleshooting menu to turn off windows driver verifer. When you are back on the desk top run this log collector and post a zip into the thread for troubleshooting: log collector v2-beta08.zip

    Did you
    1) backup all of the files?
    2) make a backup image and place the backup image onto another drive?
    3) make a brand new restore point?

Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread as needed to display the progress or results.

    1) Find a flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB)
    2) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
    3) Insert the bootable Windows 10 iso into any USB port
    4) Open the BIOS and temporarily modify the boot order so that you can boot to USB external hard drive
    5) Power on the computer and boot to the external USB hard drive
    6) It may take 5 - 10 minutes for the ISO to load while viewing the Windows icon
    7) Do not click install
    8) In the left lower corner click repair your computer
    9) Select language, time, currency, and keyboard or click next
    10) Click troubleshoot to open the Windows 10 iso advanced troubleshooting menu
    11) Click system restore > start with the oldest restore point and work towards the most recent
    12) If the restore points don't work or if there are none move to the next step
    13) Click startup repair > if start up repair does not work move to the next step
    14) If these steps do not work the next step is to use the back up image.
    15) If the backup image fails the next steps are using command prompt > Administrator: X:Windows\system32\cmd.exe > X:\Sources:>
Report the progress into the thread and if you reach this step new steps can be added.

    Hi,

So I did the Backup and Restore point incorrectly and wasnt able to recover anything, I end up formatting the computer and started fresh.

This time I only did the windows updates and downloaded latest GPU drivers.

I had a BSOD Kmode Exception not handled, what I did is that turned off Fast Start Mode, seems solved since wasnt able to make it happen again.

Then I had another one calling Driver IQLR not less or equal, im running the Driver Verifier with the settings that you sent me, BSOD havent happened for now.

Anyway, here is the latest Log Collector. I downloaded Steam and will start playing to make it happen.

    Thank's.

So, I runned Driver Verifier for over 2 hours and nothing happened, also playing while using it.

I decided to turn it off and restarted the computer, after like 2 minutes without running Driver Verifier I got a BSOD.

Critical Structure Corruption --- What failed: tm.sys.

Attached you can find latest log collector also the Zip file with DMP.

    Thank's.

There were 3 new BSOD mini dump files.
Only 1 of the files was able to be debugged.
It displayed 1 misbehaving hardware driver.

The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x000000D1. This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.

The CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION bug check has a value of 0x00000109. This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.

The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000001E. This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.

Keep track of these Nvidia driver numbers:
    nvlddmkm.sys Tue Jan 23 16:24:56 2018 (5A67B638)
    23.21.13.9077

This is a recurrent misbehaving driver.

To troubleshoot the Nvidia GPU misbehaving driver perform the following steps:
    1) Disable driver updates of non-Microsoft drivers
    2) Find an older driver on the Nvidia website (make sure it is different than the driver that has misbehaved x 2)
    NVIDIA
    3) Uninstall using DDU
    4) Re-install making sure the clean install box is checked and install the PhysX driver if applicable.
    5) Measure the GPU temperature at idle and under load
    6) Reseat the GPU and check that all connections are securely made
    7) Check the BIOS 3.3, 5.0, and 12.0 voltage values
    8) Check the CPU voltage and frequency
    9) Make sure that there is no over clocking
    10) If there is a recurrent NVidia BSOD see if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local store to swap the Nvidia GPU card.
    11) When swapping cards there should be 2 tests performed:
    a) test the new card in this computer
    b) test the problematic card in another computer

    12) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:Speccy - Free Download - Piriform: Speccy - System Information - Free

    14) Please run
