Apc_index_mismatch [bsod]

This may take sometime to complete but will start tomorrow if time permits. I've checked a few things so far but will carry out the tasks mentioned in the order you have supplied.

Could you tell me which file download option for the Memtest program do I need please.

Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: win32k.sys-20180209-0032.dmp

I tried to find the above file but not found.

1) For Ccleaner the image was cut off.
Please re-post to include all rows under System
2) For system failure > un-check automatically restart
3) For the file explorer search please search for win32k.sys
Once that folder is available search for any dmp file dated 2018> post into the thread

In case there are any problems booting:
1. Try another USB stick
2. Try all USB ports (2.0 and 3.0)
3. Maybe when using UEFI Bios you have to temporarily switch to Legacy in BIOS settings
4. Turn off temporarily fast boot, secure boot, CSM if enabled

I've created the bootable USB on 2 different sticks but the BIOS doesn't recognise either in any USB Port. I can't find where in BIOS to temporarily switch to Legacy and fast boot, secure boot, CSM are all disabled.

Please use a camera or smart phone camera > take pictures of the BIOS menus > post images into the thread

Whilst trying various options I couldn't enable CSM, it was greyed out.

What is seen when you click add new boot option?
What are the options for Windows boot manager?
What are the options for USB configuration?

You will also need to temporarily disable UEFI and enable Legacy boot.

The first picture show the USB configuration options.
The second picture shows options to add a new boot option.
The third picture, it lists the boot override, if you click the Acronis or Windows Boot manager lines it will boot into those options. If you click the UEFI: SanDisk it does nothing which suggests it doesn't like that option.
