So after the GPU driver replacement there have been no spontaneous crashes?
The crashes that have occurred after the GPU driver replacement have only been Whocrashed crash dump tests?
Please run another crash dump test to see if Whocrashed can analyze the result and post the report into the thread.

Oh, I must have misunderstood how I should use Whocrashed: the computer crashed, and then I used Whocrashed to analyse it.

From what you wrote now, I should be using WhoCrashed to simulate a dump file?

Whocrashed has the ability to analyze crash dumps.
It does not have command options. So it provides basic analysis.
When it does not display definitive results we use windbg debugging which has commands and can provide a deeper analysis.
Whocrashed has the ability to perform crash dump testing.
If the crashes do not create BSOD mini dump files that can be worked up to see if there is a configuration problem.

Open Whocrashed. In the left upper corner above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
Then click analyze > post the whocrashed analyze results into the thread.
Run this version of the log collector after the test and post a zip into the thread:
    log collector v2-beta08.zip
If the dump files are in a location where the log collector cannot find them please indicate the location and post the dump files into the thread.

    1) Please uninstall Mcafee using the Mcafee uninstall tool:
Antivirus Software, Internet Security, Spyware and Malware Removal | McAfee
    2) Turn on Windows defender
    3) During the troubleshooting process please do not reinstall Mcafee
    4) In 1 week you can reinstall Mcafee. If there is a recurrent BSOD then uninstall Mcafee and find another AV software product. If there are no recurrent BSOD then you can continue using the software product.

Whocrashed has confirmed that the settings are properly configured for crash dumps.
If there are any BSOD please post a new zip.

For Prime95 aim for 3hrs testing and make note of the warnings for aborting the test.
Record both maximum temperature and test duration.
Please post images of the test results into the thread.

After the Prime95 test run IDPT and post an image of the results into the thread.
download and install the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool

When the test completes please use the Microsoft snipping tool to post an image into the thread.

    Download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool:

Mcafee is only installed because the guys at Asus reinstalled the OS. The crash still occurs without it installed. I even tried it after doing a clean windows 10 install via USB, and the crash still occurs.

Still, I'll uninstall it tomorrow and try to replicate the crash before running Prime95.

I uninstalled McAfee and tested to see if the crash still occurs. It does.

Still no dump file except for the Live Kernel ones. I'll try to run Prime95 later today.

The February 1, 2018 mini dump file when debugged displayed a recurrent misbehaving driver:
    Nvidia graphics driver:
    nvlddmkm
    Code:
    nvlddmkm nvlddmkm.sys Wed Jan 03 17:40:06 2018 (5A4D69D6)
    Code:
    23.21.13.9065
    1) Disable windows automatic update of non-Microsoft drivers (with windows upgrades you may need to start with option #3 or #4)
Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials
    2) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    3) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website (find a driver that is a rolled back driver)
    4) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

DDU has already disabled Windows Automatic Update, I believe.

As for the Nvidia drivers, the crash has occured with every single driver released since November, as well as with the one available in Asus's page for my laptop (dated June 1st 2017).I've already tried many different drivers before even sending the laptip on its first RMA.

After my initial research and other cases I found, I'm almost sure that the issue is related to faulty VRAM and the way it deals with changes in voltage.

I must admit, I've been keeping an eye on this thread all day and the thought that this must be hardware related has started to form in my mind, too.
