I would like you to boot into safe mode for 8-12h, if possible, simply run it overnight in safe mode.
This should rule out most of the hardware, and Windows itself.

Quick question, when crashes happen, do you use the pc intensively like gaming, video editing or something else that requires a lot of resources?

Ran in safe mode for 12h, not a single crash
I do use my pc a little bit intensively when gaming for example: (pubg) and i never had crashes during games, but the crashes happen simply when i'm watcing youtube videos or twitch streams with nothing else open aside from discord/steam

Please run driver verifier again using the settings from the driver verifier tutorial in post KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (wdf01000.sys) - Windows 10 Forums

Used the tutorial and got no issues, yet again got another bsod DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (wdf01000.sys)
i don't know what's going on here, but i started using a tethering connection with my smartphone while i'm waiting for an ethernet cable, i even removed the network adapter in order to rule out the problem, it seems there was no success
but i'll try once again the driver verifier tutorial
    attaching the dump below

It looks like a driver from HUAWEI is causing issues
    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm ew_usbccgpfilter
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
