    The CPU voltage seem quite low, have you ever overclocked / underclocked?

    I've tried that a while ago, even with resetting CMOS, the same values persist

    Good, the only downside is that if you suspect the PSU it will need to be tested physically.

    So I've sent my desktop to a store for a whole week, they checked everything, from testing all hardware to checking the whole software, and they weren't able to reproduce a single bsod
    I'm really clueless at this point

    Hardware can be tested in various ways, but testing software? How did they do that?

    they tried different hardware and my own hardware
    for software they used sfc /scannow and dism commands for os corruption

    Windows corruption mostly occurs due to hardware issues, ruling out hardware = ruling out Windows.
    Software != entirely Windows, software is also drivers, services and many other things from 3rd party developers.
