Sorry just saw this doing now:
Attachment 170764 Attachment 170765
The zip as expected did not have dump files as the dump problem has not yet been fixed.
For windows error reporting service properties change manual to automatic > click start > reboot
For the attachment in #14 it could not be opened. Please re-post.
After the changes have been made to: startup and recovery, ccleaner, windows error reporting, etc. > open whocrashed > perform dump test > click analyze > post results into the thread. When working properly it will display dead or deaddead.

Looks like WhoCrashed is working properly
Great!
Turn on windows drive verifier.
Whenever there is a BSOD > run whocrashed > update or uninstall driver > reinstall driver
Depending on the driver misbehaving the fix method may be altered.
Please post a zip into the thread for guidance.
Okay Windows will not boot now. Should I disable driver verifier and do the steps above?
Which step preceded the boot problem?
The un-checking of the automatic restart is to give you time to view the BSOD window.
It should display the bugcheck and it may display the misbehaving driver in the form *.sys.
The windows driver test settings can impact the performance of the computer/tool.
So the number of tests that are performed at any one time may need to be reduced.
Change the tests on the first link to the tests on this second link.

So I disabled the driver verifier because it would not boot.

Okay so the new driver verifier settings will allow me to boot. Let's see if it crashes
