You device needs to be repaired.

I have a new Dell XPS desktop. Suddenly, at boot, I got the blue screen. "Recovery, Your PC/Device needs to be repaired, A required device isn't connected or cant be accessed. Error code: 0xc000000e. I didn't connect or disconnect anything, even a flash drive. I have a W 10 flash drive but the "keep your progams and settings" option wont work. I put a lot of time into setting this up. None of the recovery or repair options work. I've searched this problem but cant find a fix. I've watched the posting video for this problem, but I cant boot at all. I would appreciate any ideas you may have.

Thanks. I was able to run the Dell diagnostics but it froze about 10% in and no more progress for the next 6 hours.

    Getting worse

Now, the BSOD appears at the same moment as the Dell logo, so it's not even possible to get to the boot options.
