"3) open the webstie for the computer's drivers and post the URL or hyperlink into the thread."

this step kind of confuses me. are you asking me to dig up the url for each driver on my computer and post all the URLs on where to obtain them?

Fro each computer the manufacturer has a support webpage for updated drivers and bios. That would be useful to have in the thread. Dell and HP the product or serial number are entered in a menu. For others it is the model.

Are there drivers available on the motherboard manufacturer website?

This is the motherboard manufacturer website: MSI 990FXA-GD80 (MS-7640)
    https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/990FXA-GD80#down-bios
The BIOS is up to date. They only have an audio driver.
So for the 3 misbehaving hardware drivers if there are any problems the source is from the component manufacturer.

there is one issue i have with my motherboard. I'm not sure what the issue is (Driver issues or an actual hardware issue). I did buy it used. but none of the Audio Out ports work on the motherboard. Which is fine I either use the HDMI cord threw a TV or my USB Head set or USB speakers.

This is an independent web site that compares the AV products:
    AV-Comparatives Summary-Report - AV-Comparatives
Pick 1 always on product. Don't use an always on product as a manual product. Instead use a product designed for manual use.
This way the software products won't compete with each other.
If they do it can make the computer more vulnerable as neither product is properly working in the computer environment.

The Memtest86+ version 5.01 will evaluate a portion of the motherboard.

Please update the progress with the drivers and tests.

Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices >
expand > audio inputs and outputs
expand > sound. video and game controllers

Download and install this audio driver: Support For 990FXA-GD80 | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI USA

I am Currently scanning my hard drives with HD Tune. I think i may have an issue running MemTest86. As i dont believe i have a USB drive. Also dont have a CD burner nor a floppy drive XD

I maybe able to find a USB drive but i am not sure.

Also What other information did you need from HD Tune besides checking the Health of my HDs?

When there are multiple misbehaving drivers at the same time the hardware is checked.
