    No there isn't.

    You can not specify what the recipients mail client will do. They may ignore the object, ūt it randomly or put it at the top or the bottom of the mail.

    There are ways to use an image as a background and then "Slice" the image into multiple parts, each of which can carry a link when clicked

    The issue is although the majority of email clients can handle the HTML the coding is not simple and so is only really worthwhile for emails to thousands of subscribers and even then setting the recieving client, to text only will stop it in it's tracks
