Video doesn't work on 'Fox News Insider'

All I see is a black screen - no message. I'm thinking that I may not have the video app I need to view all videos. However, I don't have this problem on any other ssite. Any idea on what I can try? Thank you.

Appears to be on Chrome - and not Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Strange it is only one site.

Reset Chrome to see it any difference, or maybe save bookmarks and reinstall. (Settings/Advanced/Scroll to bottom of page for "Reset")

What will I lose if I reset? Extensions? Saved Passwords and Usernames?

Yes, and possibly some extensions. Bookmarks can be exported to html file.

Try this. Download Chrome Canary (which can run the the same time with Chrome) to see if it displays the site. If it does, this would indicate need to reset/reinstall Chrome.

Canary has the same issue. Of course, I believe all extensions are linked.

Just looked and all my Chrome extensions are unchecked in Canary. Something else must be stopping the video in Chrome.
