Vivaldi Speed dial
Can I reduce the size of the images on Vivaldi Speed Dial. I have checked help, it does not know what I mean.

My preference is to disable speed dial completely and instead use the bookmarks toolbar. Show/ Hide via [Ctrl+SHIFT+B]
You can have a few favorite individual sites bookmarked there along with additional folders containing other bookmarks.
If you set home page to your preferred site you can use F8 after Vivaldi launch to switch focus to the address bar. From there you just start typing the name of any bookmark and it will auto-complete. Then press enter.
thanks Cal. You would not believe what happened next. On Sunday I was clicking on an image to go to the site and the whole of vivaldi crashed; but not only that; every bookmark and every speed dial link had vanished. No bugs, no virus, nothing. So instead off starting again, I switched to FF.
FYI: Even with Firefox create a profile backup. Then you can fully uninstall the browser - download and install a fresh copy - then restore your profile. Same goes for Vivaldi.
The software I mentioned before backs up FF, Vivaldi and more:

I have just put Viv back in, as FF refuses to close for a while and then opens in blank browser until I hit F5. I put Viv back and very slowly reinstalled most of my bits. I'll have a look at this hekasoft shortly.
Just posted this in case you need it:
Get a copy of GeekUninstaller (portable) and run it. https://geekuninstaller.com
Find Firefox in the list of programs and double click it.
Choose yes when deleting profile data.
Allow it to scan for leftovers.
From the results list delete everything directly related to the Firefox Program installation or application data.
Reboot when finished.
Run Cccleaner if you've got a copy. Check here for Firefox leftovers and delete if found:
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
Press the [Windows key+R] to open a Run dialog, type in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\ and click OK to open the Mozilla folder, then delete the Firefox folder if found.
Reboot.
Download a fresh copy of firefox and install it.
