    Youtube videos will not play the video part


    When I try to watch videos on youtube, I only get the opening picture or a black screen. The audio plays fine. Is there something I need to reset?

    Which browser ? Try to reset the browser and try another browser if only using one to determine if it is the browser.

    Also, check your drivers (Device Manager)

    For Edge: Reset Microsoft Edge to Default in Windows 10

    Browser is Edge. Will check for the reset and get back to you. It always seems to be something simple that I'm missing. I guess I need a computer course.
