Close All Tabs setting not working in Edge

Having this problem with Edge.. EVERY time I close Edge up pops that silly "Do you want to close all tabs?" window along with checking the "Always close all tabs" box.. I say Yes and check the box but it doesn't hold the setting.. Anyone know of a way to stop this annoying occurrence?

    Thanks

Screen shot of what I'm talking about. I check 'Always close all tabs' and then 'Close All' and the next time I use Edge it's the same thing. Is anyone else having this problem?

Are you running a version of Win10 which is still supported/updated ?

Reset Microsoft Edge to Default in Windows 10

Reset Edge to see if that solves issue.

Torre, I'm running the latest version .. 1709, OS build 16299.19. But Edge was doing this before upgrading. The good news is the Reset (following the link you posted) seems to have worked. Thanks a LOT!

    Update

I found the culprit. After resetting Edge I began personalizing it and after I had it like I wanted the problem started again. To make a long story short this happens if you go to Settings/Choose what to clear and check Website permissions. If you leave it unchecked it remembers not to ask you every time you close the browser if you want to Close all Tabs.
