Hi need to reinstall and recover Windows Live Mail to be able to convert thereafter to other mail system.

While I trust this web site please ensure you scan the file with your AV tool before executing.
I would also strongly recommend you have your data backed up off machine.

If you prefer not to trust an unknown site, the offline installer for Windows Essentials 2012 can be downloaded from an archived copy of a Microsoft page as it appeared before MS removed the downloads. I gave links to the relevant page in the Internet Archive Wayback Machine here...
Now that windows movie maker is no longer there what do people use

My main interest was in Movie Maker (which does install successfully, despite the issues). Mail appears to install too, but I haven't tested it.

It was not my intention to imply Techspot could not be trusted. It can be trusted.
All downloads should be scanned, last month it came to light CC Cleaner had been compromised on their own servers.
